Why do we create this blend?
As is known, Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is of excellent quality but expensive and not suitable for daily consumption by the general public. Therefore, we have leveraged our tasting and roasting skills to blend coffee from different regions of Colombia to create this high-quality coffee that mimics the flavor of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, but at only about 1/4 the price of Jamaican one. This is why we have named it 'Blue Mountain Junior'
What's the difference between it and the authentic one?
They have very similar tasting notes. In our cupping evaluation, Jamaica Blue Mountain has a richer and fuller mouthfeel with a smooth, velvety texture while BM Junior is still a very balanced coffee with relatively less body.
